![]() ![]() ![]() We're talking about a 250 € hardware versus a 20€ software.good luck. With their bad reputation, Arturia got so many returns (of BSP) that they did a firmware update immediately.(I bought it back).lol (This warranty is independent of Arturia, otherwise I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole) In Europe, many music stores offer a trial time for 3-6 months and warranty of 3-5 years. I own BSP and returned it once, because a company that makes a toy crap for 250€ and completely ignore customers when the thing can't even stay in sync and got no sequencer features and it's called a sequencer is a joke. The pads feel much more satisfying to play than a MIDI keyboard when it comes to programming beats, and the profusion of real editing controls certainly benefit this philosophy. I immediately got refund for iSpark.sorry for those that didn't. Spark is fun to use, integrating well into the DAW environment when run as a plug-in, and is capable of some great results. I agree with, absolutely the worst company for service and support I have ever dealt with and they will only fix iSpark bugs when 'enough' users are affected. I don't think so at all!!! they don't even read their very own forum on a regular basis. They seem passionate enough about their products at Arturia. ![]()
